Generated control-plane reference

Do not edit this page by hand. Regenerate it from the checked public-capability baseline and compiler-boundary registrations.

This is a validated migration control plane, not a permanent second language-feature catalogue and not a parity claim. Durable feature and private-mechanism records are registered beside the compiler boundary that owns them; the collector joins and validates them here. The explicitly marked migration bootstrap exists only while unlanded work lacks such a boundary. A feature row turns green only after direct execution and an independent, receipt-bound source-observable comparison for its full contract. A matched corpus case remains scoped evidence and cannot promote an incomplete feature. Generated Rust, Body IR representation, and legacy compilation are separate facts.
